> *Job Description:	The Software Project Manager Intern works with other Wireless Generation Project Managers and leadership to assist in the development and ongoing enhancements of one or more of our educational software products.

> Create and track project plans, perform business analysis and write specifications, develop project estimates, follow Wireless Generation process standards to meet project objectives, manage scope throughout the project lifecycle, and set project quality and performance standards.

> Clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria to the team while providing motivation, direction, and overall management to teams of up to 2-8 people including designers, architects, developers, QA team. 
> 
> Manage multiple elements (software, kits, training materials, documentation, etc) that come together to launch a new product while managing customer, third-party partner and vendor relationships as necessary. 
> 
> Track and communicate project status, issues, risks and decisions to senior management. 
> 
> Take on ScrumMaster responsibilities for a development team, including calling and running daily scrums, tracking daily activity, and sprint-level reporting to internal team and external stakeholders.

> Qualifications:	Requirements of Software Project Management Intern:

> Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical or educational field. 
> 
> Familiarity with the formal software development lifecycle. 
> 
> Possess strong communication skills, team work and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and organization skills.

> Proficient in the use of technologies like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
