Dear Students, Alumni, Colleagues and Friends,

When considering applicants to our full-time faculty positions, the 
Department of Languages and Literatures welcomes the feedback of those 
familiar with our programs and especially values the opinions from 
Department students about a candidate's potential to succeed as their 
prospective professor.  Consequently, I am writing to invite your
