[GIST-L] gist implementation questions

We are interested in using GIST for this particular purpose.

A user clicks on our SFX link that targets ILLiad. The standard ILLiad form pre-fills with bib information. So, U do not think I need a customized GIST form. The ILL librarian reviews and notes that the bib should be acquired rather than requested/ILL'd at which point they route the request to the Acquisitions librarian who prints up the request.

Questions:

Do we need a customized GIST web-form or could we use the standard ILLiad web-form?
How to route the request to an internal librarian from ILL office to Acquisitions?
Is there a way to print up each individual request once is routed to the Acquisitions office?

Thank you.

Sincerely,
Stephen
