[GIST-L] Hathi Trust add-on

We are having intermittent problems with the delivered Amazon add-on as
well. That one is supported by Atlas, since they wrote it. I guess I
could open a ticket with OCLC in that case. I wonder if this is a result
of an IE security update? I can't pin the start of the errors to a
timeline because the users are kind of vague about when they started.

Hi Michael,

 

Yes, we are having this trouble too.  Also, as of today we are getting a
similar error for the Amazon addon.  We checked the settings in the
Advanced tab of the Internet Options section of IE and the "display
script errors" is not selected.  I disabled the addon for our staff with
short fuses.

Hello GIST list,

One of our ILL staff has  started getting an IE script error from
hathitrust.org when he opens a request for a book in either "Awaiting
Unfilled Processing" or  "Request Unclaimed." He doesn't get that
message when we disable the Hathi Trust add-on. I attached a screenshot
of the error message, hoping the listserv software will let it through.

 

Is anyone else experiencing this and is there a workaround for it
besides clicking through the error each time?
