Hey Everyone,

This Wednesday, March 2nd in Newton 204, International Relations Club
will be airing the feature length documentary SEEDS. It is a film which
chronicles the three week conflict resolution program that youth native
to Israel, the Palestinian Territories, Jordan, Egypt, Afghanistan,
India, and Pakistan participate in. An initiative located on marvelously
beautiful camp grounds in Maine, these teens interact and work with "the
other side" to make their way through some of the hardest problems they
face. The filmmakers look at the inner conflicts which the teens going
through the program, how it is that this ties in with the bigger picture
within the Mid East, and what it is that campers do after they leave and
go back home.

Having worked at the camp last summer, I can promise that the film does
a stupendous job of capturing the essence of the camp and addresses some
of the issues that are raised for campers after they complete the program.

It's sure to be a lovely evening, so swing by next week and check it out!
