Happy New Year to all!

2nd edition of Mathematics for the Digital Age and Programming in 
Python is out.  We have converted all the code to Python 3, inserted 
the "Parity, Invariants, and Finite Strategy Games" chapter, and 
split the "Graphs" chapter in two, adding sections on map coloring 
and the Four Color Theorem.
