[Workflowtoolkit-l] A few random questions
Inter Library Loan

For # 1
Go into history and there should be a box at the bottom called "Previous
Requests" which will give you the exact reasons for no.
For #2
I usually go to the policies directory and grab the info from there (if
I have the time - otherwise, I do what you do if it's not a loan)
For #3
I'd love to see what others come up with! Can't find a faster way of
doing that.

Subject: [Workflowtoolkit-l] A few random questions
Still learning the ropes here w/ Borrowing:
1. When I'm looking at unfilled requests, is there a way to see the
reasons for "NO" besides going out to WCRS?
2. When we get an incoming request and the lender info (address, phone,
etc.) has not been added in our address book, a blank form pops up
prompting us to enter the information. When we are processing these in
Lending, most of the info is pre-populated, but in Borrowing, there is
no info except the OCLC symbol. How do you handle this? What we have
been doing so far is just adding the library name to save time.
3. When processing electronically received docs in ILLiad, I eventually
get my Ariel requests down to the "Review" queue at the bottom. I can
then send them off individually, but is there a way to send them all off
at once? (They also seem to transmit very slow - a 10 page doc took
roughly one minute to be delivered - not sure why).
Thanks,
