[Workflowtoolkit-l] Due dates and return times

Hello Keith,

I recommend including renewal and shipping periods in your initial ILS check
out so that it reduces all the funny overdue business.

So, if your ILL Loan policy is 4 wk w/ 4 wk renewal, an ILS 10 week checkout
is ideal to handle all the shipping and renewal with reduced ILL-ILS systems
workflow commotion.

Hope that helps.

Best wishes,

Cyril

Hi all

How many of you use a longer due date in your ILS compared to what you have
posted in you OCLC policies?

We are contemplating doing this to cut down on overdue notices to our
borrowing libraries?

Thank you
