[Workflowtoolkit-l] staff passwords in 8.0

The Change Password utility is on the orb/jewel/whatever-you-call-it menu in the
upper left corner. When you click on it, you get a menu for Printer Setup, Print
Sessions, Save Layout, Change Password, and Exit. There doesn't appear to be a
setting in the Staff Manager that excludes access to Change Password.
