[Workflowtoolkit-l] Cancellation reasons

Miko,

I've got 19 different cancellation reasons in Borrowing and they all show up in the client.  Perhaps it has something to do with how you've numbered them?  If you have left a number out somewhere in between, maybe that is causing the aberration.  The reasons should be numbered 0,1,2,3, etc.
