[Workflowtoolkit-l] Overdues and ILLiad

Hello All:

I am trying to create a new ILL Policy that incorporates fines for late ILL
materials and am unsure how to go about it.  Has anyone found a successful
method of keeping track of overdues/fines for Interlibrary Loan materials
that your patrons have borrowed.  Do you use the Billing Manager in ILLiad
to keep track of what fines your patrons have accrued?

 

Please share any successful tips.
