[Workflowtoolkit-l] EMST values

I've just started modifying the EMST libraries supplied in the Customization Manager with my install of ILLiad.  I'm going off Sue Gagnon's list from ShareILL.  Some libraries are further coded - for instance, ** = enter twice only for photocopies.  Is there a way that ILLiad users are delineating this in the CM or otherwise... I don't see a way off-hand.
