[Workflowtoolkit-l] E-mail in ILLiad Borrowing

Hi Miko,

You can use a customized Email Routing for that. All you would need to do is copy-and-paste the lending library's email address into the "To:" field. One example that is available on the Workflow Toolkit allows you to send an email to the lending library asking them to update a request to "Shipped" in OCLC:

Once you create it, just use the Send Email button within the client.
