[Workflowtoolkit-l] Illiad populating due date

Hi Tim,



I'm surprised to hear that the ILLiad emails for overdues don't have the due date populate.  I was able to get due dates to populate for the new emailing routing renewal yes/no emails we set up.  We haven't set up the early warning overdue notice yet, but we're talking about it.  Are you saying that the due dates don't work in that?  Or am I misunderstanding what you mean?

After we started using it, I noticed a ton more user-initiated renewals. I think people appreciated the reminders. However, since the ILLiad emails currently don't have the due date populate and I have no clue when a fix for that will be released, it makes them somewhat less helpful.
