[Workflowtoolkit-l] Ebooks and ILLiad

I haven't customized a form, but certainly if our license allowed ILL usage
of ebook contents, I'd provide the chapter as I would any other copy.

Has anyone customized an ILLiad form to indicate the request is for a
chapter from an ebook?  If you were to receive an ILLiad request for a
chapter held in an ebook that your library owned and had ILL rights for, how
would you respond?
