[Workflowtoolkit-l] Unknown queue "Awaiting Cancellation Review"

I have a lending request in a queue named, "Awaiting Cancellation
Review."  I've never seen this one before.  Does any one know what it
means?  What do I need to do?  The request is not cancelled in WCRS.
