[Workflowtoolkit-l] Unknown queue "Awaiting Cancellation Review"

This means that you have received a request from a library that you have blocked (via the Lender Address table).  You can either cancel it or conditional it.  I prefer to conditional these requests to let the borrowing library know why they are blocked.

I have a lending request in a queue named, "Awaiting Cancellation Review."  I've never seen this one before.  Does any one know what it means?  What do I need to do?  The request is not cancelled in WCRS.
