[Workflowtoolkit-l] Creating new ILLIAD-L list?

I disagree, Bill. ILL-L has seen an increased number of conversations about ILLiad and ILLiad 8 recently. Moreover, back when ILLiad-L was alive, there were numerous cross postings to each list about those broader issues that you speak of. Lest we forget, ILL-L is a webjunction hosted listserv. ILLiad fits into the scope of ILL-L and I frankly do not see the problem of discussing general ILLiad issues there.
I think you would be quite surprised by the number of old ILLiad-L subscribers that monitor ILL-L. And I do not believe, in the presence of all of the other discussions on ILL-L, that people would mind talking about ILLiad there. If anything, I think non-ILLiad users could benefit from knowing more about ILLiad in that way.
Again, my goal for WorkflowToolkit-L is to build a community around best practices. I obviously can't prevent the creation of a new ILLiad-L, but I do discourage it. But I do hope that we will continue to use WorkflowToolkit-L to learn more about ILLiad, solve workflow problems, and share ideas about how we can improve our services.
What would the goal of a new ILLiad-L be that both ILL-L and WorkflowToolkit-L could not accomplish together?
