Hi there, we have a queue set up called Awaiting Extensive Searching where our searchers send harder to find items.  In 7.4 I was able to send these requests through OCLC from that queue.  I find that I cannot do so in 8.0.8.  In the OCLC ribbon, I can only search and see holdings but I cannot make a request. Is there some advise anyone could give on how I can make this happen?

What order would you like them to be in?  By call number, author, location?



You need to add this sort of info to the print box in the Sort Columns box.  See example below:

I know- that threw me for a loop when I first encountered 8.0, too.

My paging slips in both Lending and DocDel in ILLiad 8 are printing out of order.  Is there a different configuration in 8 than in 7.4?  Any help would be appreciated.
