We've noticed this phenomenon.  If anything in the address is different from what the borrowing library has in their Constant Data, ILLiad brings it to our attention in this manner.  We have about a dozen in-state libraries that 'pop up' on a regular basis this way.  In some instances, it's because the first line (the library name) is Interlibrary Loan OR ILL.  In at least one case, the dreaded // is involved and in another case there are extraneous spaces in that libraries Constant Data. In some cases, I can't figure out why this is happening.  In some it may be because we included some identifying information (like FLIN for Florida Library Information Network libraries or $$ for fee-based ILL libraries OR US MAIL to denote Florida libraries who aren't on the courier service) in the address - but most addresses get pulled up without ILLiad raising the alarm despite our added 'codes'.

In each case, I check it over to see what the kerfuffle is all about, sigh, and move on.

Hello,

We are currently running ILLiad 7.4.0.0.  Today (6/4/10) we noticed in the Lending module that when processing incoming requests, the address box pops up on some requests and wants us to "select" to overwrite the current address we have in ILLiad.

It's as if our existing address for this library no longer exists and ILLiad is seeing this library for the first time.

We modified our consortia library address fields to alert our shipping staff for items going out via courier.
With the system overwriting the address field, our shipping staff is not aware it should go out by courier.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem and/or does anyone know how to fix this?
