[Workflowtoolkit-l] Email Weirdness

Hey All, 

When we get a lending request for an item at one of our branches, we use email routing to notify the branch staff. This has worked fine for the last 5 years. 

But recently ILLiad is replacing <#LibraryName> with the name of our library instead the name of the borrowing library. 

I've double and triple checked the Email routing rules and can't figure it out.  

Any ideas?
