...and when replying 'Yes' to a conditional, please put a short note in Borrowing Notes rather than just replying Yes.  Then we know someone read the Lending Note (hopefully)...sometimes it's hard to believe someone really read it.

ILLiad puzzlers needed! We're working on a new class with Tim Prather of Amigos Library Network and we want to address those little things that pop up in your ILLiad processing that cause you to stop and say "Now what should I do?"

 

So please tell us - what do you think are mysterious processes or tasks?  Suggestions can be ILLiad or OCLC specific or just general ILL too.
