[Workflowtoolkit-l] Conditional now "Record Not Found" - routing?

Yes- when the OCLC status is Record not found, the borrower has replied
NO and it's gone on to the next library.

In 7.4 and its predecessors, we didn't see "Request Conditionalized"
so we only came across it in statistics as a category- that is-
submitted, cancelled, conditionalized, in processed, filled. I'd leave
it as conditionalized and not worry about it. You gave the conditions,
they said no. It states how the request was handled. Don't worry about
dealing with it further. If having the category displayed gets on your
last nerve, there may be a way to keep it from being displayed. Tim?
Anyone? Otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it.

Subject: [Workflowtoolkit-l] Conditional now "Record Not Found" -
routing?

I conditionalized a request as "not found as cited" and now (a day
later) the OCLC status shows up as "Record Not Found". I have to assume
this means the potential borrower cancelled the request. Now that it is
in my queue "Request Conditionalized", it doesn't look like it will
disappear on its own. Should I manually route it to "Cancelled by ILL
Staff" or handle it in some other way?
