It doesn’t happen often but I route them to Cancelled by ILL Staff. Then
watch for a Stop sign because there is not OCLC record to update.

Subject: [Workflowtoolkit-l] Conditional now "Record Not Found" - routing?

I conditionalized a request as “not found as cited” and now (a day later)
the OCLC status shows up as “Record Not Found”. I have to assume this means
the potential borrower cancelled the request. Now that it is in my queue
“Request Conditionalized”, it doesn’t look like it will disappear on its
own. Should I manually route it to “Cancelled by ILL Staff” or handle it in
some other way?
