[Workflowtoolkit-l] Students using faculty accounts.

Thank you to Joe Gutekanst at Davidson College who called to let me 
know how he works around this situation.

He contacts the faculty member for permission to set up a separate 
account that the student and faculty member have access to. For the 
patrons username he tacks on 'RA' (research assistant) behind the 
username (PDoranRA). The password will be "ill" so both the faculty & 
student have access to the ILLiad account. Both faculty and students 
Email address can be added by using a coma to separate the email 
address's be sure you do not leave a space between email address's 
(<mailto:doran at loyno.edu,patcdoran at gmail.com>doran at loyno.edu,patcdoran at gmail.com). 
The student will use this account only in collaboration with the 
faculty member. The student should use their personal ILLiad account 
for all other interlibrary loan request.
