Lorna--
1. Insert a second instance of the TN mergefield wherever you want the
barcode to appear.
2. Before and after the entire mergefield text, place an asterisk. With
codes displayed, it will look like this:
*{ MERGEFIELD TRANSACTIO \# 0 }*
3. Select everything, including the asterisks, and set the font to 3 of 9
barcode.

Subject: [Workflowtoolkit-l] inserting a barcode in word document
It's been awhile since I had to edit one of the Word documents so I don't
remember how to do the following. I tried a Google search and searched the
ILLiad archives and I'm not quite finding what I need.
I am updating my document delivery pull slips and find that the TN number is
not also printing as a barcode. I would like to add a barcode. Does
anyone have simple directions on how to do this in Word 2007?
Thank you,
