[Workflowtoolkit-l] Routing "Awaiting Customer Contact" back to "Post Receipt Processing"

Somehow all our requests in "Post Receipt Processing" went into "Awaiting Customer Contact" w/out printing AND they are not in the Print Sessions area.  Is there a way to route them en masse vs. going into each individual request?  For future reference, what is the easiest method?
