[Workflowtoolkit-l] patron update e-mails in ILLiad

Hello all,

We are using ILLiad 7.4.  I have been asked to provide patron update
e-mails for any item that has been in Request Sent status for 5 days or
more.  We would send them an e-mail telling them that their request has
been delayed in arriving.  We will also need to follow up with lending
libraries to find out why the item hasn't arrived yet.  Is anyone else
doing this?  Could you share any procedures or documentation?  I am
planning to do this on a weekly basis.

Also, does ILLiad 8 have this capability.
