[Workflowtoolkit-l] Billing Category field in ILLiad 8

I have also seen this problem and have reported it to OCLC. I'm hoping that it will be fixed in a new release.
We periodically search library addresses for billing category that is equal to blank and update appropriately. Generally, these are libraries in which we didn't fill their request so there wasn't a problem at the point of shipping. I've just told my staff to make certain they remember to choose a billing category for any new libraries.

In ILLiad 7.4, whenever we got an OCLC request in Lending for a
library not yet in our ILLiad address book,
the Billing Category field would always automatically populate to
Default when adding the new Borrower
to our address book.
In ILLiad 8, the Billing Category field seems to remain blank unless
you remember to populate it (and if you
don't remember, you get errors when updating the request and applying
charges). I looked in the
Customization Manager, and our LendingBillingDefaultCategory is set to Default.
Has anyone else noticed this? And is there a way to have the Billing
Category field autopopulate to Default
when adding a new Borrower? Or do we just have to realize this is a
quirk of ILLiad 8 and remember to set it
