[Workflowtoolkit-l] Document templates and Word 2010?

Hi Sue,
I don't believe we've seen the incorrect barcode being merged (or at least, it hasn't been reported to me just yet!!)  :)

Our workaround right now is to 'okay' all the warnings that Word delivers, but it's a bit cumbersome to go through all that - thought I would ask the group before reporting it to OCLC....

Hello Lee,

We are still running 7.4, but I'm seeing the same thing.  I'm also having problems with the correct bar codes merging into the Transaction and ILL numbers on our book bands and paging slips.  Have you seen this problem as well?

We haven't worked out the details of merging with the security messages, but am interested in what other libraries are experiencing as well.

Hi there,
We recently upgraded to Word 2010 and some of our staff are encountering the tighter security in Word now when pull slips are printed (We have the ILLiad 8 client too).  We can eventually get to the point of merging the data in the slip and printing the document, but there are so many messages that come up, it's really cumbersome.

We've tried turning off dozens of protection settings in Word to no avail.  We even set the Print folder (where the templates live on the ILLiad server) as a "trusted location" and that didn't help.

Has anyone experienced these messages in ILLiad 8?  Were you able to overcome the oodles of messages that come up?
