[Workflowtoolkit-l] Lending Reasons for No OCLC CODE

In ILLiad the cancellation reason for Duplicate request corresponds to
Cancellation reason #17- OTHER.

We conditional Duplicate requests as Nate does.

Miko,

 

We have not used a "Duplicate Request" cancellation reason in Lending.
Wouldn't that pass it on to the next lender? The borrowing library would
not actually want that to happen, since you are presumably filling the
"other" request for them, right?

 

Instead, we send the library a Conditional to the effect of "This is a
duplicate request of ILL# xxxxxxxx".  I figured this was the most
effective way of dealing with duplicate requests, but if I am wrong, I
would like to know.  "Duplicate Request" does not appear to be a reason
for no in WCRS either.

Does anyone know what OCLC code is for 'Duplicate Request'?  I know we
used to have it, but it is not listed on the
LendingReasonsforCancellation Table.
