Alison - You could just use your own library symbol as the "Lender". Then when you calculate your Doc Del stats add everything filled by your own symbol to that data. Either way it's a filled transaction.

Subject: [Workflowtoolkit-l] Question for Knowledge Base users...
How are you handling requests from your own patrons that you own electronically (and are provided with a link directly to the pdf in the Collections tab)? I wanted to route all of these to Doc Del so that they would be counted as document delivery, but the Collections tab does not appear in the Doc Del module so I lose the links directly to the article. Atlas said they would try to make the Collections tab available in Doc Del with the next upgrade, but how are you handling these requests in the meantime? I'd just handle them within the Borrowing module, but then they would not be counted as Doc Del in our stats.
