[Workflowtoolkit-l] ILLiad Web Reports - DD turnaround

When I go into ILLiad Web Reports, I do not get any data in Document Delivery regarding turnaround time for articles.  I wanted to check to see if this was a systematic problem before I talked with OCLC/Atlas.

Can you tell that I just discovered the Snipping Tool in Windows 7??? :)
