[Workflowtoolkit-l] ILLiad Web Reports - DD turnaround

J. Kuehn from OSU says they do have data in their report, so there must be something amiss here.  I've contacted OCLC, so I'll let you all know what they say...

When I go into ILLiad Web Reports, I do not get any data in Document Delivery regarding turnaround time for articles.  I wanted to check to see if this was a systematic problem before I talked with OCLC/Atlas.

Can you tell that I just discovered the Snipping Tool in Windows 7??? :)
