[Workflowtoolkit-l] lending overdue 3 problems

We're self-hosted and on ILLiad 8.0.12.0

I've noticed that key info (our street address) in our Lending Overdue 3 letter is not printing out when I print the letter from the client.

However, when I check our "LendingOverdueLetter3.doc" file in our Print folder, all the correct merge fields appear to be there and when I merge/edit from there, the street address appears.  It's pulling its information from "LOver3" which I think is correct.

I feel like I must be missing something / overlooking something: like a different file name?  Or maybe I didn't update the merge fields when we migrated to 8?

This isn't a critical problem, but since we use Lending overdue 3 as our invoice/bill for lost items, I'd like to have our street address on the form.
