[Workflowtoolkit-l] Missing PDFs after posting to patron ILLiad account

This is a delayed response to this thread, but I had not noticed any issues like this until today.
We received an article that came in via Odyssey and was routed automatically through ILLiad to "Delivered to Web", yet the patron could not access it on ILLiad Web - "file not found". When I investigated the history, nothing looked amiss. I then called the lending library to request a resend via email if possible. Through our conversation, I learned that the lender is on 8.1 and sent the PDF via Odyssey (vs. TIFF). Even though we are still on 8.0.12, Odyssey did not give them a notification that they could not send the PDF.
So, this seems to be at least one confirmed source of the problem. In at least some cases, 8.1 sites are not getting a notification when they attempt to send PDFs to non-8.1 sites. Although ILLiad history shows it was delivered at the borrowing site, it does not actually exist in the PDF web folder.

Hello all. I'm jumping on this thread because my LTA reported the same problem here as well. She told me that she's had 2 patrons in the past few weeks contact her and tell her that they've gone to their electronically received files page and gotten a file not found message when they tried to see the PDF, and she even said that she had checked that the article was there before delivering them to the patrons. Now, that being said, we have delivered plenty of articles that have been successfully retrieved by the patron, so I'm not sure to call it a fluke or whether it's something that I can fix on our end.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Twice now we received copies and I posted them to the patron's account, but when he logged in to look at it, the PDF was missing. I'm not sure what's happening. We are using ILLiad 8.1.2.0. Does anyone have an idea of why this is happening? Any help would be appreciated!
Best regards,
