[Workflowtoolkit-l] ILLiad 8.1 and Vista

It might be a compatibility issue. Vista is not the best Operating System when it comes to software it does  not recognize. You might be in the minority with this system. I know no other institution with Vista.  I would definitely check to see if  the software is compatible with Vista.

Subject: [Workflowtoolkit-l] ILLiad 8.1 and Vista

The transition to ILLiad 8.1 is still in process. Of course, printing and emails are the problems we are trying to sort out. I've managed to get the machines NOT running Vista to play nice. All computers running Vista get an ERROR when printing. Does anyone know what is going on and how to fix or a work-around? I'm ready to throw my hands up and run out of the building screaming.
