Wow! Thanks. I had been wondering why my barcodes were not scanable for several years!

The barcode must start and end with an asterix in the barcode font, e.g., if the barcode in alpha font is 1234567, the characters that must be reformatted to 3 of 9 barcode will be *1234567*.

Subject: [Workflowtoolkit-l] Barcodes in Print Templates 8.1

Hi everyone,

We just upgraded to 8.1 this past weekend. After switching over our old print templates to include the new merge field names, I've found that our barcodes are not scannable any longer. I took a look at the supplied print templates and found that barcodes already on the template can be scanned but if I add a new barcode field, such as Ariel Address, the barcode doesn't work. We are using the 3of9 barcode font. I'm inserting the merge field, highlighting it and then changing the font to 3of9.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

Thanks so much,

Heather
