[Workflowtoolkit-l] Need help with renewal denied

Hi everyone!

I'm stumped.  I got a 'renewal denied' today, and I can't figure out what
to do next.  The help files in ILLiad 8.1 are singularly unhelpful, mainly
because they tell me to recall the book without telling me how.  I've gone
through my bookmarks for tips and tricks, searched saved messages from this
list, and I'm striking out.

Can someone please tell me or point me to a document that gives step by
step directions on what to do next in ILLiad?  I'm going to call the
patron, but I also want to use the 'loan recall' function as a backup.
