A TIF copy of the article should be on your ILLiad server in the \ILLiad\Odyssey\send\Failed folder.
It's best to try resending by Odyssey before resorting to some other delivery method. They often go
through on a second or third try.
If it just won't go, it's easy to import the TIF into Ariel or Acrobat.
