Hi Mark,
Thanks for your reply! We don't have access to our Odyssey server which
is hosted because the FTP connection is not secure. Therefore I cannot
access that file.
I have a feeling that the borrowing library has the Odyssey standalone
version. I seem to remember someone, some time ago, on the list
indicating that Odyssey standalone users had a special criteria that
they needed to check off in the Policies Directory. Do you know about
this? I have a feeling that most of the Odyssey sending failures that
we have are due to Odyssey standalone libraries.

A TIF copy of the article should be on your ILLiad server in the
\ILLiad\Odyssey\send\Failed folder.
It's best to try resending by Odyssey before resorting to some other
delivery method. They often go
through on a second or third try.
If it just won't go, it's easy to import the TIF into Ariel or Acrobat.
