[Workflowtoolkit-l] ILLiad paperwork question for Borrowers

Hi

Apologies if this repeats a question previously asked. I'm brand new to the list.

I'm wondering if there's a current best practice for the inclusion/omission of the patron's name from the paperwork shipped with the loan by the lender?  Borrowers: do you need this information on our paperwork or may we omit it? This will help us to maintain patron privacy on our end, but we also don't want to be inconveniencing you.

I've read a thread from August 2011 that discusses whether or not to include the patron name on book bands but I think it applies to bands being put on once the loans have arrived at the patron's institution.
