I'm now working at my new job assignment.  I'd like to thank you all for all your help and encouragement over the years from my first days in ILL in 2003 to the present. Words fail me when I think how essential this listserv community has been to my worklife in ILL. I've strongly recommended these listservs to my successors in ILL.

To touch on some of  our tired and true threads on the ILL listservs:
Yes- I updated the information in the Policies Directory for the new staff.
Yes- I also updated it in ILLiad.
