[Workflowtoolkit-l] Problem with Odyssey scanning In ILLiad using ADF

Hello,
 
We're a fairly new ILLiad site.  We've been up for about a month and have had some challenges.
 
This one is a stumper:  Whenever we try to scan something to send through Odyssey using our Automatic document feeder, the first page goes through fine, but the second page stops halfway through.   This only happens in Odyssey. When we scan through Ariel or Adobe acrobat using our scanner, it's fine.  It seems to be a problem with the interaction between the scanner and Odyssey.  Atlas doesn't know why it's happening. 
 
Has anyone had this problem and if so how was it solved?
