[Workflowtoolkit-l] match string for pre-1923 items

OK, you've all been so helpful over the past few weeks, I've got one more.

How can I modify this match string in my routing rules to make it incorporate pre-1923 article requests?
My existing rule is -->  t.RequestType = 'Loan' and t.LoanDate < '1923'

I'm assuming I'd add an "or" in there for t.PhotoJournalYear < '1923'  but constructing these always scares me a bit.

Any guidance?
