[Workflowtoolkit-l] Titles not showing up on Copyright List in ILLiad

I'm confused by all this b/c I have no path listed in customization manager for the copyright file...can't find copyright.txt in my c:/Illiad folder...can't find copyright.txt on my server (though I will have IT double-check).  However, my copyright list is populating.  So how is this happening if I don't have a copyright.txt file?  We're on 8.1.4.0

Following up on my initial post......

We're on 8.1.4.0, also. I don't know for sure if it has something to do with one of the recent releases. 

In our situation, the copyright.txt files resides in the C:\ILLiad folder on each of our machines and we had to update them all individually. If you are trying to find where yours is, you can check the key in the Customization Manager. It is under Borrowing, Copyright and is the CopyrightFile key. It will tell you where the file is located.

We are a hosted site and made the change ourselves with a suggested string from Atlas. 

I'm hoping Atlas or someone can give some more info on this situation.

Okay, I'll be the one to ask the question...how do you access the copyright.txt file?  If you are hosted, does Atlas/OCLC have to do it for you?

This happened to us too! - And we had to have Atlas tweak the query for us.
I asked why this might have happened and never received a response to that question.....wonder if it is a wide spread thing.

I was wondering why I haven't had at least one title appear in the copyright list yet. 

Is this related to updating the client to a certain version or does everyone need to do this?  And where is the copyright.txt file located?  I checked the ILLiad documentation and don't see the location of the file.

Hello everyone--I thought I'd pass some info on in case others missed this, also.

We usually start getting titles on our copyright list right away in January but this year nothing was showing up. It turns out that there is a line that needed to be changed in the copyright.txt file. Some other libraries in Wisconsin had not made the change, either. 

I checked with Atlas and found out that the line that needs to be changed is the line that says:

and t.CopyrightAlreadyPaid != 'Yes'


It can be replaced with 

AND ISNULL(CopyrightAlreadyPaid, 'No') != 'Yes'

or

and (t.CopyrightAlreadyPaid != 'Yes' or t.CopyrightAlreadyPaid is Null)


Both should work. Just a heads up for everyone.
