I've a question regarding the "Format" drop down menu in the GIST request form.   Where do these material types route to in the ILLiad client workform?
It's been noted that the formats we have listed (Book, eBook, DVD, CD, other) do not display anywhere in the client.  Doc Type field displays everything as a Book.  Is there a way to have the GIST web form's Format choices populate the client in the Doc Type field or some other??
