Hi Kathy,
I usually save the pdf and then route the request to document delivery. I can then scan and deliver the article to the patron.

Subject: [Workflowtoolkit-l] Importing Google scholar PDFs into ILLiad
We are a new ILLiad site, still trying to figure things out. If I have a borrowing request, and I use the Google Scholar add -on to find the full text of the article so I don't have to order it, How do I import that PDF into ILLiad to post on the patron's account?
Thanks in advance!
Kathy
