[Workflowtoolkit-l] Problem importing PDFs into Odyssey

I had that happen and I have had other anomalies such as sections of 
text become reverse video (white on a black background) when testing. I 
have recommended to our ILL staff that if they have to send via Odyssey 
start with a TIFF.

I have also recommended we not use Odyssey when sending PDFs that are 
done for us such as those from databases. In stead we set up a web 
delivery with an email routing and email template. I think there is a 
great how to / example of this set up on the workflow tool kit blog site.
