Okay What do you do when Odyssey (PDF enabled) is not in the Hidden Items?

You can add the check box if it's not there. Right-click on the border of the box that contains the checkboxes (or really any other box on the request screen) and select Customize Layout. In the Hidden Items, grab the Odyssey (PDF enabled) item and drag it to the box containing all the other check boxes. Save your layout using the save button on the customization box. You can then import that layout at other workstations to keep all your clients consistent.

I am not on 8.2 yet but I think I can help with the "Odyssey enabled" check box. I attached a screen shot of what I think the "Odyssey enabled" check box refers too!

We just upgraded to 8.2 last week and I’m wondering if there has been any resolution to this problem that Melissa and others have brought up – i.e. when updating Odyssey article requests as found, they go directly to “Request Finished” rather than “Awaiting Odyssey Scanning.”
If not, what are the work-arounds that have been devised? Is it easiest to use the new “Mark Found Scan Now” button on the request rather than the “Update Stacks Search Results” on the Lending tab? Is a custom routing rule possible? This has been an added inconvenience.
Also, the documentation mentions a “Odyssey enabled” checkbox on the request – I don’t see this anywhere on my requests. Is there a setting in the Customization Manager that needs to be changed?

We have has the same problem since we upgraded to 8.2. Our keys in the CM are set correctly, and after fussing with this for two weeks OCLC finally said it's a bug that Atlas has to fix. They have no idea when such a patch might be released, and said there is nothing more they can do.
Given what we pay for support, I'm not happy with that answer. But for now there is nothing else we can do except manually change each and every request to the Awaiting Odyssey Sending queue for proper processing. :(

We recently upgraded to ILLiad 8.2 the other day and have had some other computer issues. Now, when we update articles we do not receive a pop up box stating the item is Odyssey. Any ideas why and what to do to fix this?
